How to Order

1. View Cart

Once you are finished adding your products, click on View Cart to see what you have purchased, how much it costs, and your total. You can increase the quantity of each item you have purchased, delete an item, or choose to continue shopping and browsing our vast variety on this screen.

2. Add Discount Code & Checkout

If you are done shopping, you can proceed to View Cart or Checkout which will show you a screen with your total on it. We often give promos because we love our loyal customers and want to give them the best value for money! If you have a valid promo code, there is an option to enter it in the Discount Code section. You will then be informed of your final total and can proceed to checkout.

3. Create an Account

If you haven’t already created an account, please do so now. We will also remember your details for future purchases. Enter your Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Delivery Address, and other information in the form that pops up so we can dispatch your order. Once you fill in all the details, hit Next.

4. Choose a Payment Method

Choose a payment method that suits you out of our many options. If you choose COD, you will pay once your package arrives. If you choose other options, there is an individual procedure for each option.

5. Place an Order

Now you can place your order and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. You will also receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

6. Receive Order & Give Feedback

You will receive your order within the stipulated time. Enjoy your new purchase and don’t forget to give us feedback!

Feedback & Complaints

 

Here at Desire Stuff, we’re proud of the products we manufacture and the services which we provide. If you have a complaint, we want to put things right as quickly as possible. Please speak to a member of our store team or customer service team who will be happy to assist.

If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact us via email [email protected] marking your email ‘Complaint.’ We acknowledge all complaints and aim to provide a response within fourteen (12) hours.

Any contact directed to individuals or departments within our Brand will be referred to our Customer Services team and will be resolved via our complaint handling process.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed product with original tags & packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
    Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to Desire Stuff Pakistan, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad.

Shipping Detail

  • Free Shipping for orders above Rs.2,999/-.
  • Delivery charges would be Rs.200/- on orders below Rs.2,999/-.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM will be dispatched next day.
  • Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sunday). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
  • Advance payment required for orders above Rs.15000. Will contact the customer for order confirmation and payment deposited detail will be shared accordingly.
